What is Mother’s Finest Beer Festival?

Mother’s Finest Beer Festival presents Utrecht with an annual event transforming Janskerkhof into a beer grotto. Eager revellers congregate in their hundreds for a delight-filled weekend in the city.

Global craft beer and good time rock ‘n’ roll cheer; delightful barbecue treats and pounding vinyl beats.

Mother’s Finest encourages conversation and interaction. Myriad beer bars surround central seating areas, focusing attention to good-natured, fuel-filled banter with neighbours at the table. Until the event shifts into party gear. Everybody is on their feet to dance once entertainment on the stage begins.

Mother’s Finest is family-friendly with a fun-filled Sunday afternoon keeping the youngsters amused. Pets are welcome too.

A carefully selected beer list keeps adults contented. The hardcore beer-hunters find something rare and unique. The intrigued drinker discovers one or two new favourites. There’s plenty of choice for the social drinker. Casual passers-by are delighted with their choice. And the rest enjoy superb beers lovingly produced across the Netherlands, Europe and the USA.

Mother’s Finest is open Friday, September 13th, 16:00–01:00, Saturday, 14th, 14:00–01:00 and Sunday, 15th, 13:00–21:00. Admission is €7.50 (payable at the bar), including a returnable deposit of €4.00 for a festival glass. Cash is not accepted at the event.
